UUFC Exhibit
About the exhibit
From December 2025 through February 2026, Corvallis Modern Quilt Guild members have the opportunity to display (and, if desired, sell) their quilts at the United Universalist Fellowship of Corvallis. This is a wonderful chance to share your work with the community in a welcoming, well-supported space.

This venue has room for a couple full-sized quilts and about 20 wall hangings. Guild members may enter more than one quilt into this show – but if we receive too many submissions, we will limit each guild member to one quilt.
Each quilt to be displayed MUST have a hanging sleeve and MUST come with a dowel, as the quilts will be displayed via a system of clips attached to the dowels. Quilts that do not fulfill these requirements will not be displayed.

The UUFC insures all loaned artwork while on their premises. The facility is monitored during business hours, with alarm system protection after hours.

How you can participate
If you want to submit a quilt to this exhibit, please fill out this form. It asks for your contact info to make it easy for CMQG coordinators to contact you. Your contact info will NOT be shared with the UUFC. It also asks for information about your quilt, so that we can print an info card to display next to each quilt.

We will be collecting quilts at the November guild meeting. If you cannot bring your quilt to that meeting, contact Cathy Griffin to arrange drop-off at her home in South Corvallis, or JC Briar in NW Corvallis. Either way, when you drop off your quilt we will have prepared a loan agreement for you to sign.

If you want to help prepare info cards, collect quilts at the November meeting, hang quilts before the show, or take quilts down after the show, contact Cathy Griffin, JC Briar, or Joyce Loper. And thank you!

How sales will work
If you wish to offer your quilt for sale, name your price when filling out the online form so that we can include its price on its info card. Prospective buyers will then have the opportunity to contact you through a CMQG representative. You and the prospective buyer will then arrange payment privately.

Quilts for sale will remain on display throughout the exhibition. Sold works will be distributed at the
end of the show.

Bear in mind that the UUFC would appreciate a 20% donation to support its arts programming. This donation is made in good faith.
